We ideally believe in a systematic approach to pricing and therefore follow only the best strategy and policies. It helps us in being able to recommend only the right business model to the client. As per clients unique needs, we always recommend one of the following business models.

Unique Approach

  • You hire an employee not a freelance.
  • A dedicated resource will be assigned.
  • You have total control over employee (manage/interact/hiring).
  • Live Interaction with Employee through Skype/MSN Voice Chatting.
  • Daily Work Report.
  • Billable is start only after requirement analysis phase done.
  • First 40 hrs are as trial period of assigned resource.
  • After 40 hrs of work, we required your feedback. If you are not satisfied with assigned resource no need to pay anything.
  • If you are ready to continue with us billable will start with first 40 hrs and then on weekly basis.
  • We can customize approach as per client's inputs.
Note: This mode is quite flexible when you are uncertain about a requirement and there is need to change requirement number of times during development phase.

Fixed Price Project Approach

Majorly, the requirements are apparently defined at the project outline itself. In this case, the fixed price approach is the right model to go ahead with. PriyanshTech Solutions quotes a fixed price within which the project execution is carried out effectively. There is a very low risk involved in the project, as we provide an assurance that the project will be completed within the budget limits and the time-frame specified by the client.

This method is most suitable for individual clients who are the end users of the project themselves. This method works best when the clients have closely specified projects that require minimum intervention from the client's team.

01
Estimation of work is done first.
02
Once both parties agree, resource is assign.
03
Payment is needed to be pay according to milestone decided.

Note: This mode is quite flexible when you requirement is clear.

Time and Material Approach

In many cases, the client is not sure about the project specifications in the first place. In addition, it can be difficult to determine the scope and specifications of the project in the initial phase. In this case, the PriyanshTech Solutions team suggests the time and material approach. In view of that, the client is charged according to the man hours that are utilized for the project.

Later, when the scope and project specifications become concrete, then the fixed price can be adopted. While implementing the time and material approach, we thoroughly ensure complete transparency about the hours that we dedicate to your project. This approach is more suitable for small to medium scale companies where the project requirements become crystallized over a period of time.

Offshore Hire Approach

This method works best when the client is overseas or the project required is for development centre abroad. This method suits best for customers who are looking at long-term benefits from offshore outsourcing. Under this method, we reserve our infrastructure and resources exclusively for the client.

The client can hire dedicated resources according to the plan he chooses. These are normally three months, six months, one-year contracts or those for a longer duration if the project warrants. We jointly identify the teams that the customer wants to utilize.

This model allows the functioning of this offshore team just as seamless and efficient extension of the client’s own environment. The client has full access to transparency and control over the team. We set up the development, computing and security environment as if it were the client’s own development centre working offshore on a dedicated basis
